- Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns may not be processed.
- Return Shipping Costs
Customer-responsible returns: If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g. change of mind, wrong size, etc.), you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Company-responsible returns: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping fee or offer a full replacement at no cost.
- Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
Gift cards or downloadable digital products
Items marked “Final Sale”
Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

- Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
